Music based largely on life experiences, inspired by a wide range of
artists across many different musical genres, Chuck Schaeffer combines a
blend of folk, bluegrass, country, country rock and Americana. He is in the process of
preparing his first CD.
His recent credits include sharing the stage with Christine Martucci, Lisa Bouchelle,
Spook Handy, Bob Sutor, George Wirth, Jim Bianco, Kelly Carvin, Eryn Shewell, Sarah Donner, Tommy Fuller, Michael Patrick, Keith Wilson
and Michael Brett. He is a regular performer on Heartlands Hayride, the
Northeast's largest live country radio show broadcast weekly by WDVR-FM.
Chuck participates in Musicians on Call,
a terrific program that brings live and recorded music to the bedsides of
patients in healthcare facilities.
He partners with his CD producer, Alex Otey
/ Ionian Productions, Inc.,
in the creation of commercial jingles for local businesses.
Chuck will be working with Spook
Handy, doing sound work for Freehold Idol
Wednesdays throughout the summer.
Chuck will also be working with Rich & Amy Wagner of The Acoustic Music Alliance
at The Temperance House in Newtown
PA the 2nd
Thursday of each month.

in Cape May, NJ, March 2009.

from one of the best in the folk arena.
